POLICIES

Terrestrial Festival encourages you to read over our policies before attending our festival by purchasing a ticket and entering the festival, you acknowledge the following:

 

  • Terrestrial Festival is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that may occur on-site.

  • Terrestrial Festival reserves the right to refuse entry at any time. 

  • Terrestrial festival is held during a fire ban therefore the use of gas cookers open fire pits or any open flame is strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.

  • Terrestrial Festival has a zero-glass policy, so any glass including alcohol will confiscated upon entry or found in possession of.

  • No pass-outs allowed, if you leave you can not re-enter even with a wristband.

  • You must wear your wristband at all times and not drive under the influence of alcohol.

  • Driving around the site is strictly prohibited unless entering or exiting the festival.

  • Camping is only allowed in designated camping areas.

  • Pets are strictly prohibited onsite.

  • Nangs/NO2 bulbs are strictly prohibited.

  • Quad bikes or mini bikes are not allowed.

  • Generators are strictly prohibited.

  • Sound systems and/or dj equipment are not allowed unless authorized by the festival.

  • You must provide your own photographic identification upon entry.

  • First Aid
    Full festival first aid will be provided at the designated "location" to ensure the safety and well-being of all festival attendees. Our dedicated team of medical professionals will be on hand to offer assistance and medical care as needed throughout the duration of the event, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing the highest level of care during the festival. Refer to map for First Aid location.
  • Food & Water
    Onsite, you will find water and food available for purchase. However, we recommend that you also bring any additional supplies you anticipate needing to fully enjoy the festival. Refer to sitemap for locations.
  • Alcohol
    If you wish to bring alcohol, it is BYO; however, please note that no glass containers are allowed on the festival site. We encourage you to enjoy responsibly and ensure that any beverages you bring are in non-glass containers.
  • Open Flames
    For the safety of all festival-goers, please be aware that open flames are strictly forbidden onsite. This prohibition includes gas cookers, fire twirling sticks, candles, fireworks, kerosene lamps, or any other combustible liquids. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is crucial to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone
  • Re-Entry
    If you find the need to leave the festival at any time, you are welcome to do so. However, please be aware that re-entry into the festival grounds will not be permitted. Make sure to plan accordingly to ensure you have everything you need before entering the festival.
  • Camping
    Camping is only allowed in designated camping areas. Rest assured, we have designated ample and suitable camping land to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience for all festival attendees.
  • Vehicles
    To bring your vehicle onto the festival site, you must have a valid vehicle entry pass, which can be conveniently purchased alongside your festival ticket. Please note that all vehicles must be parked within the designated camping area. Your cooperation in following these guidelines will help us maintain a safe and organized festival environment.
  • Gate Times
    Gate times will be open from: Friday 9am -9pm Saturday 9am - 9pm Sunday 11am-7pm Monday 8am-12pm (exit only) Gates times are strictly adhered to and no exceptions will be made outside of an emergency. So plan your arrival and departure times accordingly.
